When you donate to us, we will send a wrecker out to pick up your donated item. (this is a free service).

When the wrecker gets there, he will give you a donation letter acknowledging that we have received your donation. Once the wrecker brings us the donation, we will send you a letter of intent letting you know what we are doing with your donation. You will need both of these in order to receive your IRS tax deduction.
